Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Thanks for shopping with us! We do our best to make sure every transaction is as smooth as possible but understand that the occasional mistake happens such as a damaged product due to neglect by shipping couriers, missing parts, or receiving an incorrect product.
While it's rare that these issues may occur, we want to ensure all customers are taken care of in the event that happens. If the toy is severely damaged by the shipping courier, we'll accept a return on the item within SEVEN (7) DAYS of product delivery. Any return requests made after SEVEN (7) DAYS will NOT be accepted. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, if this payment method is no longer valid, we are able to issue an in-store credit for the refund amount. Please inform us prior to the refund if your original payment method is no longer valid.
If you no longer want the item, you have SEVEN (7) DAYS from time of purchase to return an item in the same condition it was shipped to you or purchased in store. Upon inspection you will receive an online credit to use withing (30) DAYS of your return. Also, a 20% restock fee plus return shipping will be deducted from your credit. We can refuse to accept a return if we feel the product was damaged or does not include the manufacturer's original packaging.
How To Return Damaged Items & Unwanted items:
1) Contact us via email (thehiddenshop210@gmail.com) within SEVEN (7) DAYS of product delivery.
2) We will need the following if the item is damaged:
- Please explain what is damaged
- A photo of the damage to each item(s)
- A photo of the outer box with the shipping label intact. This will be forwarded to the shipping courier for a claim to be filed.
3) Once confirmed and the claim is filed you will receive an email with further instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Once we receive your return, we'll process a refund within 7-10 business days.
Also please ensure you have the right address prior to committing to your order. Packages that are returned due to incorrect addresses or refused, will bear a minimum of a 20% restock fee. Shipping will not be refunded. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to appear after the product returns.
